The Platform is intended for registered businesses, healthcare professionals, and authorised trade partners operating within South Africa. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the trade portal, you must register for an account by providing the required business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment terms will be communicated upon account approval and may vary depending on your account type. All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the indicated timeframes. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 48 hours.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion once the returned goods have been inspected.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrossCare, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
